Katarína Vavrová
Biography
Katarína Vavrová was born on 23.8.1964 in Bratislava.
From 1979-1983 she studied graphic art at the Central School of Arts and Crafts in Bratislava. In 1990 she graduated from book illustration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava under Prof. Albin Brunovský. In 1989 Scholarship - Academy Delle Belle Arti - Perugia, Italy.
The Artist's characteristic is the precise drawing style and a particularly rich fantasy world in which the main theme is the female being.
She lives and works in Bratislava.
